Erin started taking ballet, like a lot of young girls, at the age of 5. In high school she was in the performance company “Deus Vult” where she expanded her dance repertoire to include hip hop, jazz and modern. Erin then began to assist and later taught ballet classes at her studio. Minoring in dance at LMU, Erin later pursued her passions for science and animals, and now returns to the world of dance as a teacher.
With her continued studies in ballet and tap, and her experience with choreography, she looks forward to using her creative talents to bring dance alive in the studios of Dance 1. Erin is excited to help Dance 1 bring technically correct dance instruction to the dancers of the South Bay, inspiring valuable life lessons, and encouraging strong athletes, all while instilling the love and passion of putting movement to music through dance. Thank you Dance 1 for including me on this journey.
